Michael brings over 25 years of global, executive-level experience to Milestones, Inc. Throughout his career, coaching and personal development have served as a bedrock of his leadership style. Although his career is replete with consistent and record-setting sales accomplishments, Michael is most proud of the business leaders he has coached and mentored for over two and half decades. Michael is renowned for his unique coaching approach, which focuses on a holistic path to unlocking an individual’s performance.
The first 16 years of Michael’s career were in the financial services arena. In various senior level roles with Fortune 100 banks, he managed up to 1,500 employees and held P&L responsibilities for annual budgets exceeding $2.5 billion. His roles included: District Manager for CitiFinancial, Director of Sales for Chase, Regional Vice President for Bank of America and National Vice President for Wells Fargo. In these roles, Michael often was tasked with turning around underperforming divisions. His approach to these turnarounds centered on changing the culture through coaching and training.
After the global financial crisis, Michael’s career took a unique turn, as he accepted a global role based in Mumbai, India. Michael spent seven years working internationally. First, for India’s largest privately held real estate conglomerates Hirco Developments’ (Hiranandani Group) as Global Head of Sales Marketing and CRM. Next, he served as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Sales & Business Development for The Wadhwa Group. Michael also consulted with the two largest developers in the Middle East to open global markets and raise capital through large structured sales of more than $250M.
Michael earned his B.A. with magna cum laude distinction from UCLA and serves as a Charter member of the UCLA mentorship program. Michael also completed coursework for his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, CA.
