He is an expert in helping companies identify job requirements, recruit and select best-fitting talent, and onboarding and coaching talent to ensure a successful job launch. His 35-years of experience, numerous awards, and recognition by international peers, has secured John’s outstanding legacy as one of the best. Focusing on employee training and development, John developed a unique employee development and improvement program he delivers to small and large businesses across the US and western Canada.

His efforts placed him in the top 3% of 3500 active Carlson Associates. TTI Performance Systems, Ltd. of Scottsdale, AZ recognized John as the Trainer of The Year in 1990, Consultant of The Year in 1994 and conferred the President’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to Human Resource Development eight times.
In 1999, he received his certification of CPBA (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst), and CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst) from TTI, (Target Training International) and in 2000 was selected for the Chairman’s Club by its Chairman Bill J. Bonnstettter. John has conducted seminars for his peers at international conferences for both Carlson Learning and TTI Performance Systems. John was awarded the TTI Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005 and the TTI Selection Specialist Award in 2009.
In 1993, John was awarded Certification from the National Bureau of Professional Management Consultants. This organization performed a in-depth, six-week evaluation of his experience and interviews with his clients to certify him as a Certified Professional Consultant to Management (CPCM).
